About Me-Yesun Lee

Academic Background

I am a Master of Information student focusing on Library and Information Science. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology and my first graduate degree in Instructional Design.

Experience

I have always been interested in how people and systems interact with each other, as well as how people obtain and process information. My background includes providing student support and working with people with disabilities in educational and community-based settings.

Professional Interests

My current interests include library instruction and research support, digital scholarship, and digital humanities in a library setting. I would like to help students with different research needs and help them understand what kinds of methods and tools they can use for digital research projects. I am also interested in Web Services Librarianship, particularly in improving digital accessibility and the usability of online library services.
